I got my husband : ) the Silver Spoon pasta cookbook for Christmas and we are making Pumpkin Penne tonight. So excited to use the cooking pumpkins from Thanksgiving! I have never made pumpkin pasta but can hardly wait. Could it be that the movie Julie & Julia inspired me? We watched it last night and I have to say it ignited my passion for cooking. I truly love making new things and the moment of Mmmmm when you first taste the fruits of your labor. If I had several lives one would gladly be spent in the pursuit of cooking fantastic food.2010 holds many new and exciting challenges for me, more to follow on that later.
